We build the technology small businesses actually run on.

Three people. There is no account manager between you and the people building your site.

Most small businesses end up with four vendors: an IT company, a web studio, an SEO agency, and a photographer. Four contracts, four invoices, and four places to point when something breaks. That arrangement works right up until something breaks, which is the moment you discover nobody owns the whole thing.

Key Resolutions IT exists to be the one who owns the whole thing. The site, the systems behind it, the search visibility in front of it, and the photographs that fill it. We do all four ourselves, which is the only version of that promise worth making.

Based in New England. Working worldwide.

Why no names

There are no names or faces on this site. Here is why.

Three people run this company. We are not publishing our names or photographs at launch, and we would rather say that plainly than run a stock photo of a team that does not exist.

We know what that costs. When you hire a three-person firm you are betting on specific people, and taking the people out removes something real. So we are not going to ask you to trust us anyway. We are going to give you things you can check without trusting us at all.

The names and the photographs go up. Until they do, everything below is what to judge us on, and honestly it is what you should have been judging on the whole time.

Verify

Three things you can verify right now.

  1. 01

    Three live client sites.

Relax Inn Cape Cod, BJ Eyebrow Threading, and Prime8. Every one links to the site that is running today. Open them on your phone. Run them through PageSpeed Insights. The number belongs to Google, not to us.

    See the work
  2. 02

    This site.

The firm sells fast websites. This is one. Open the network tab, count the requests, look at the transfer size, and run it yourself. If a firm that sells performance ships a slow site, that tells you everything, and it is a test we invited.

  3. 03

A registered legal entity, named in writing.

KEY Resolutions IT, trading as Key Resolutions IT, founded 2026. Reach us at contact@keyresolutionsit.com. We work 9AM to 9PM, every day Eastern Time. A W-9 is available on request.

Standards

Our standards.

Not values. Six commitments, each one specific enough that you could catch us breaking it.

  1. 01

Every site we ship scores 95 or higher on mobile Lighthouse performance at launch.

If it does not, we keep working until it does, at no additional charge. We measure on the live URL after launch and we send you the result with the date on it.

  2. 02

You own everything, in your name, from day one.

The repository, the domain, the hosting account, and every analytics property, set up in your name in the first week of the project rather than handed over at the end. If you leave, you take all of it and nothing breaks, because there is nothing proprietary in it.

  3. 03

One number in writing before anything starts.

If the work takes us longer than we estimated, that is our cost, not your invoice. You will never receive a bill you did not approve in advance. There is no charge for the first call, the written estimate, or emailing us a question.

  4. 04

We answer every message, and faster if you are on a care plan.

9AM to 9PM, every day Eastern Time. If you are still waiting, tell us and we will tell you why rather than apologizing twice.

  5. 05

We will tell you when the thing you are asking for is the wrong thing to buy.

Including when the right answer is cheaper, including when the right answer is to keep what you have, and including when the right answer is a firm that is not us.

  6. 06

No stock photography, no generated imagery, and no invented numbers.

Nothing on this site is stock: the footage is ours and the screenshots are of live sites we built. When we shoot for a client site, every photograph is one we took. We do not publish a performance comparison unless we measured both sides ourselves under stated conditions, which is why the case studies have no charts on them.

Care plans and retainers are month to month after the first ninety days. No annual contract, no cancellation fee, and no auto-renewal you have to remember to stop.

The people

Who you will actually work with.

You will work directly with the people building your site. There is no account manager, no project coordinator, and no junior team the work gets passed down to after the first call.

Three people run this company. That is a real constraint as well as a benefit. It means the person who answers your email is one of the people who built the thing, and it also means we will tell you when a project needs more hands than we have rather than pretending otherwise.

It is also why the client list is short and why every case study on this site is one we can talk about in detail. We would rather do a small number of projects properly.

Where we work
Remote, from New England. On site for photography, kickoffs, and anything that genuinely needs a person in the room.
Who we work with
Businesses worldwide

A W-9 and a certificate of insurance are available on request. If your procurement process needs anything else, ask and we will send it or tell you we do not have it.

Where

We are in New England. You do not have to be.

The real question behind "are you local" is not about geography. It is three things: can I reach you, will you answer, and are you accountable. We would rather answer those than talk about a map.

You can reach us at contact@keyresolutionsit.com. We work 9AM to 9PM, every day Eastern Time, a person reads every message and replies, and every project runs on video with the people doing the work.

We travel for photography and for kickoffs when it makes sense. Everything else happens faster remotely, including the parts a local firm would also do remotely and then charge you a site visit for.

Not for sale

What we do not do, and why.

This is the shortest way to understand a firm. Every line here is money we turn down on purpose.

  • 01

    Managed IT and helpdesk retainers.

It looks like recurring revenue and becomes an on-call break-fix job that consumes the exact hours the build work needs. A three-person team cannot do both well and should not pretend to.

  • 02

Managed security: monitoring, EDR, managed backup, incident response.

That requires a 24/7 operations center and a liability posture three people should not carry. We sell a one-time hardening project instead, then an annual re-check.

  • 03

On-site hardware, POS installs, network and wifi cabling.

Trucks, inventory, and thin margin. We will name someone who does it properly.

  • 04

Paid search and paid social management.

Different discipline, different daily rhythm, and your anxiety would scale with your ad spend rather than with our fee. We refer it out.

  • 05

    Social media management retainers.

The treadmill never stops and the expectations only grow. We shoot a content day with a defined start and end instead.

  • 06

    Brand identity from scratch.

Different skill, long revision cycles, and it would compete for build hours. We do a visual refresh inside a build and refer the rest out.

  • 07

    SEO or ranking guarantees.

Uncontrollable, and promising one would put us in exactly the bucket that made you distrust the last firm.

  • 08

    Accessibility overlay widgets.

Actively litigated, and installing one would make your legal exposure worse rather than better. We fix the markup.

The name

About the name.

"Resolutions" usually makes people think of closed tickets, which is the opposite of what this firm does. We build things. The fixing is the beginning, not the business.

Resolved. Then improved.

The fastest way to judge us is to let us look at your site.

Twenty minutes with the people who would do the work. We open your site and go through it live, and nothing follows unless you write back.

Book a call

The form takes about 40 seconds. Two steps, five questions.

Or email contact@keyresolutionsit.com and a person replies.
